Welcome!

My name is Anna Liechty, and this website serves as an introduction to the help I have to offer schools and classroom teachers.  A National Board Certified teacher – a mentor and mentor trainer – I believe I understand the challenges facing educators in today’s accountability environment. 

Recent research supports my belief that the single most important element impacting school improvement and student success is an effective teacher guiding meaningful, standards-based instruction.  Who better than another teacher to help teachers rediscover their enthusiasm for and improve their strategies for creating a healthy, empowering, and successful classroom?
